February 2000 until today: in Siemens S.p.A., Milano. In the first four years, Account Manager on behalf of the different Business Units towards the ENI Group.

 

Since March 2004: Head of the Fossil Power Generation Marketing & Sales unit, responsible for the domestic market; since November 2005 Sales Director (VP) for Power Generation (Fossil and Industrial/Oil & Gas) plants and equipment. Main customers are large Utilities, EPC contractors, industrial Power Producers.

In addition, since November 2008, Head of the High Voltage Systems Business Unit, Export Department, dedicated to some allocated African countries, (Marketing & Sales, Proposal, Project Management and Logistics).

 

Since October 2009, Head of Marketing and Sales, Energy Sector; Marketing & Sales of equipment/solutions for Power Generation, for Oil & Gas and for Transmission and Distribution: Gas and Steam Turbines, Compression Trains, High Voltage and Medium Voltage systems, Energy Automation solutions, Operation and Maintenance Services.

 

Since March 2013, Coordination of Sales for the Infrastructure & Cities Sector and the Energy Sector.

 

May 1995-January 2000, in Fabbrica Italiana Relè (GEC Marconi Group, then Alstom), San Pellegrino Terme, a company dealing with MV and HV protection systems, with 150 people covering R&D, Engineering, Marketing & Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, Field Service: General Manager (one year), then Managing Director.

 

July 1988-April 1995, in ABB Power Generation Italy: one year as Key Account Manager in the Rome branch; then one year as Sales Manager for both New Units and Service in the Milano HQ’s; one year as Commercial Director; one year as Head of the New Equipment Product Line (Design & Engineering, Marketing & Sales, Procurement, Project Management); one year as overall (New Units and Service) Commercial Director and Head of the Service Product Line (Design & Engineering, Marketing & Sales, Project Management, Site Management).

 

May 1977-June 1988: in Ercole Marelli SpA (Franco Tosi Group), manufacturer of power generation equipment; starting from the R&D department, then leader of a Design Team; project leader with several training and specific design periods in Westinghouse Electric USA; technical support to commercial negotiations with domestic customers and abroad.
