With a 18-year experience at the International Association of Public Transport (UITP), Sylvie Cappaert-Blondelle leads all communication activities at the UITP Headquarter in Brussels and liaises with the 11 regional offices around the world.
She holds a Master in Translation in French, English, German and Italian and studied Communications and Editorial management at the International Faculty for Executives in Brussels and at the Syndicat National de l’Edition in Paris. |
